Optic 2 Light

Optic 2 Light is a light three-row cross-country/recreational paraglider of 5,50 aspect ratio and 51 cells. 

It is recommended for pilots who want to fly a lot and grow, capitalizing on its outstanding performance. 

The paraglider offers EN/LTF B class safety, confirmed by according certificates.

The canopy structure is reinforced with rigid rods (Flexi Edge Technology) as well as mini-ribs on the trailing edge, truly representing, smoothing and stabilizing the airfoil at all speeds. Another solution improving both the aerodynamics and stability is the Shark Nose. Stabilo has been modified too.

All these technologies come from the racing canopies and combined with 3-row rigging give the paraglider large passive safety margin and exceptional aerodynamic performance.

Marlin Mono

A single-skin fun and training wing. 

Supplements training in too windy or too quiet days, and integrates family and friends in the common play on the nearby lawn. At the same time it is durable and affordable.

The wing is small, light and easy to use. The control system, risers and line colors are the same as in the Nemo 4 school wings, which will facilitate their mastering at later training stages.

The Lhotse² is the second generation of our very successful EN-B wing in lightweight construction. It is based on the Kibo² and thanks to its light weight construction, it is the perfect companion for all H&F, bivouac, and travel adventures.

What's new?

As with the Kibo², the Lhotse² has many new technical features. The negative 3D panel shaping invented by our designer Franta Pavlousek gives our light mid-B a clean leading edge. Using technology already proven successful with our 2-line models, we have improved the performance within the B class. 

To achieve this, the number of cells have been increased and the rods in the leading edge are slightly longer. Like all of the latest UP glider models, the seams of the mini ribs are hidden on the Lhotse². Compared to its predecessor, we were able to reduce the weight of our new lightweight glider between 100-200 grams. 

The Lhotse² will now be available in a fourth size for the lightweights among the glider pilots.

Who should fly the SERAC RS?

The SERAC RS is an uncomplicated paraglider in the mid-level B class. Due to its versatility the SERAC RS is ideal as your future-proof first paraglider, offering a wide spread of possibilities.

The demand for light equipment is growing, so it was time to come up with a product that meet this need.

Use limitation 15 years

Our rescue system QUADRO have a lifer span of 15 Years by observance of the regulations for packing and checking. Certification is no longer

valid thereafter.

The certified life span can be extended by a further 3 years, if the rescue system is checked by the manufacturer.

Packing and checks of the rescue system must be documented otherwise

guarantee is cancelled.

It is stretchy, thanks to which it fits well to the shape of the device. The hole diameter is approx. 50 mm, after stretching it approx. 75 mm.

The Nyos RS was once described as: “The Rolls Royce of the high-B class” in a highly acclaimed test report, because of its well-behaved flight characteristics.

The development goal of the Nyos 2 RS was to combine this flight comfort with more performance and sportiness, and thus accomplish something extraordinary: Disproving the preconception that more performance and agility mean less comfort and control.

Thus, the development of the Nyos 2 RS was driven by the philosophy of evolution, rather than revolution. We paid special attention to maintaining the proven characteristics of its predecessor, but by optimising the canopy and line drag, we were able to significantly increase maximum speed and performance on glide. The more agile and precise handling of the NYOS 2 RS – compared to its predecessor – noticeably improves its thermalling characteristics and is reflected in excellent climb performance. The tighter graduation of the weight ranges makes it easier for you to choose the ideal glider size.

Sherpa Backpack "Sherpa"

The Swing Sherpa packing bag is available in two sizes (L and XL) and is included in the delivery of most Swing paragliders.

The standard backpack, L being 130 litre and the XL is a whopping 200 litre. Basically the large will be sufficient for most, unless you have a big competition harness or simillar, in which case the XL has it covered.

Finsterwalder UNILOCK paragliding carabiner (pair)

Ultralight, universal paragliding carabiner

With a weight of only 45 g and a breaking load of more than 25 kN, the UNILOCK is currently the lightest and at the same time most loadable paragliding carabiners on the market.

In the fatigue test, it endured 2.000 load cycles with an upper load of 252 DaN and subsequently 5 min. load cycles with an upper load of 115,4 DaN. The UNILOCK thus achieves a fatigue strength of 5 years in mono use.

Overview of the Finsterwalder UNILOCK's most important features:

• The snap gate turned by 45° facilitates the attachment to the harness.
• The design in the shape of a “3” with a high stability against twisting.
• The UNILOCK is suitable for both narrow and wide webbing.
• The lower belt chamber has an extra support surface for the hip belt, which slightly raises its position. This has a positive effect on the comfort of the harness.
