We are happy to invite you to a complete paragliding training consisting of all the obligatory stages neccessary to obtain Parsglider Pilot License in Poland!
The training program has been approved by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will gain the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and perform 20 low paragliding flights at an altitude of less than 100 meters, and then during the second stage at least 10 independent flights at an altitude of over 200 meters.
In addition, the program of this training also includes learning to take off in the mountain - from a paragliding take-off hill at "Garb Pińczowski", located only a few hundred meters away!
The training will be held in stationary mode with the use of the paragliding winch and from mountain take-offs. Both stages of the training take place mainly at the Regional Aero Club in Pińczów.
It is a beautifully situated place between the water reservoir and the meanders of the Nida River. Here you will not only learn to fly, but you will meet wonderful people, feel a real air atmosphere, have a good time and rest from the everyday hustle and bustle in close contact with nature.
We train in small groups so that we can devote enough attention to each of our students and not waste your precious time waiting for the next flights.
Graduates of our course can count on our further support, flying together, advice on equipment selection and a 5% discount on a new set of flying equipment!
Place of training:
Area of the Regional Aero Club in Pińczów (between Kraków and Kielce)
Participants:
The minimum age to start the course is 16 (with the consent of the care taker). There is no upper age limit. Each participant should be in good physical condition and be in the weight range of 45 - 110 kg. The course takes place in groups of 4 - 8 people. If a group of at least 4 people are not gathered for a given date, the course takes place on the next period, or on the original date but with an additional payment.
Duration of training:
6-8 days depending on the weather and the number of participants
Please select the preferred date of the training first. Finally, we confirm the dates by e-mail up to 2 weeks before the training!
Reservation:
To guarantee participation in a given training, you must pay it in full in advance and confirm your participation in the training on the date you choose, at least 2 weeks in advance, by sending an e-mail to info@gringofly.com.
The training price includes:
● tandem flight with an instructor!
● complete theoretical and practical training under the supervision of highly qualified instructors
● accidental and civil liability insurance for the duration of the course
● complete flying equipment from well known paragliding companies
● radio communication between the instructor and the students
● 10 high (at least 200 m) paragliding flights
● groundhandling training under the supervision of an instructor
● learning an 'alpine' take-off technique
● internal examination at the end of the course
● movies and photos from the training
● paper flight book of a paraglider pilot
● certificate of completion of STAGE II training
● referral to the state exam in order to receive official Paragliding Pilot License
Clothing:
We recommend a sports outfit that is comfortable and does not restrict your movements, adapted to the current weather. Obligatory long pants and boots with a good non-slip sole (preferably trekking or mountain boots).
Light gloves recommended. Don't forget sunglasses and a drinking water bottle!
Weather conditions:
The weather affects of the training. No rainfall and strong wind are a prerequisite for flying. We use 'flightless' days for theoretical classes in a hangar or in the Aeroclub building.
Period of validity:
12 months from the date of purchase
Additional information:
Seasonal training: stationary training takes place between May and October only on announced and individually confirmed dates.
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, until the practical training is completed and the appropriate number of training flights are performed on one date - the flights will not be lost and will be moved to the next date.
